Our standard products are typically prepared, shipped, and delivered within 15–20 days from the date your order is placed.

For customized or made-to-order items, production requires additional time. These orders are typically delivered within 25–30 days.

Please note that the above timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and destination.

Shipping Delays

While we work diligently to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • National holidays or peak shipping seasons
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Carrier or local courier delays
  • Other unforeseen logistical disruptions

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the courier, and we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates.

Customs Duties & Import Fees

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by local customs authorities or government agencies are the responsibility of the recipient.

These fees are determined by your country's customs regulations and are beyond our control. Ivory Lane is unable to estimate or reimburse these charges, and any customs-related delays are not considered part of our shipping timeline.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only before they have been shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
