Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Be returned with all original packaging and included accessories.
  • Not show signs of installation, modification, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

Returns requested after the 30-day return window cannot be accepted.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damages or defects that are not covered under our warranty.
  • Final sale, clearance, or custom-made items (if applicable).

If you're unsure whether your issue is covered under warranty, please contact our support team before initiating a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at help@theivory-lane.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or financial institution.

Please note that the original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
